MAIN FEATURES

1.This machine needs one labor to add pouches into pouch magazine or conveying belt, then it does auto pouches vacuum feeding into pouch clampers, auto powder/granules filling, pouch mouth dust sweeping, auto 3-time sealing, then pouch discharging to exit belt for further packaging, all mechanical filling & capping movement ensures the production very stable;

2. The filler hopper is equipped with liquid-level control system, which can connect liquid pump to do auto liquid delivery from client’s storage tank/mixer to filling hopper, which ensures auto continuous & stable filling.

3. Adopting servo auger powder filling, or weighing scale powder/granules filling, with high filling accuracy & high filling efficiency,; can be equipped with auto powder vacuuming/lifting feeding depends on actual powder & plant layout..

4. auto pouch width adjusting, easy to adjust machine for pouches with different sizes.

5. With PLC & touch screen man-machine interface system, no pouch no filling; auto alarm, auto formula saving, auto counting, with frequency conversion for speed controlling, with high automation, it’s convenient and easy to operate & maintain.
