This automatic vial e-liquid essential oil filling capping machine with labeling can auto finish plastic/glass bottle feeding, liquid filling, plugging, capping, and auto round bottle labeling, widely used for e-liquid juice filling, eye drops filling, pigment filling, detection reagent, essential oil & cosmetic gel filling packaging production in pharmaceutical and cosmetic fields etc.

MAIN FEATURES

1. Integrated with mechanical, electrical& pneumatic system, with PLC & touch screen to control, this monoblock can auto finish bottles feeding, liquid filling, plug-feeding-pressing, cap-feeding-screwing/crimping, round labeling, printing & bottle exiting etc.

2. With peristaltic pump filling (or piston filling), it’s suitable for various pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetic liquid filling.

3. With PLC & touch screen system, no bottle no filling, auto counting,auto alarm, speed frequency conversion, with highly automation, easy to operate & maintain.

4. Mainly made of top-quality SUS304 material, main electrical & pneumatic parts are all from world-famous brands, machines are delicate & durable.

5. Optional acrylic glass protection hood and 100-class laminar flow.

6. Can be designed with bottle turntable for round bottles too, with flexible production.
