MAIN FEATURES
1. Baoneng bottle filling production line is customized from bottle unscrambler, to bottle washer, filller, capper, sealer, labeler & cartoner etc. This line consists of bottle conveyor, servo piston filling, universal capping, bottom printing & carton sealing etc. Filling line can be customized based on bottles, products, capacity, technical process & plant layout.
2. With linear & humanized design, servo piston filling, it's suitable for different bottle liquids filling & packaging, quick to switch machines to different bottle specification, easy to operate & maintain.
3. Piston filling can be servo controlled or cylinder penumatically controlled based on actual production, meeting various foamy or nonfoamy, explosive or non-explosive production requirements.
