DESCRIPTION
This automatic plastic tube filling sealing machine adopts piston filling & ultrasonic/heat sealing, suitable for various plastics compound soft tube and plastics soft tubes filling packaging, widely used in the fields of toothpaste, cosmetics, medicine etc. Auto tube feeding & acrylic hood makes it delicate & more efficient; easy to change tube molds for tubes with different specifications.

MAIN FEATURES
1. Adopting inner & outer heating or untrasonic generator sealing tubes, meeting different kinds of tubes packaging requirements.
2. All filling parts are quick-jointed, easy to clean & maintain; easy to change tube molds for different specification, one machine for different tubes.
3. Hopper can be made with heat-preserving or with mixing according to filling materials, very flexible & multifucntional.
4.Mainly made of top-quality stainless steel, all parts contacting material are SUS304 or SUS316 based on product features.
5.Auto materials mixing/processing & feeding and tube box packaging can be supplied based on spot production needs.
