DESCRIPTION
This semi-auto vial bottle tube sealer with punching sealing is suitable for roll film heat sealing & tight sealing of various plastic containers packaging, widely used for various regular or irregular plastic vials, plastic bottles, plastic jars, plastic tubes & plastic boxes mouth film hot sealing in lab products & cosmetic pharmaceutical products packaging etc. Humanized & monoblock design makes it compact, flexible with filling or different sizes if needed, reliable & stable.

MAIN FEATURES
1. With labor feeding bottles into bottle molds, it can auto finish bottle conveying, film punching & sealing etc. Film pulling can be equipped if needed. Film pulling can be set freely to meet different film sealing effect, less consumption & easier operation.
2. Sealing temp can be set from 50 to 200 centi-degree based on film & bottle material, with intelligent temp control, ensuring delicate sealing effect.
3. With humanized design & customized film punching sealing molds, it can adjust and meet different containers sealing, widely used for various reregular or irregular plastic vials, tubes, boxes, bottles etc.
4. With PLC & touch screen to control, easy to operate & maintain.
5. Mainly made of top-quality SUS304 & oxide aluminum, delicate & durable, easy to use & maintain.
