2. It adopts centrifugal cap-unscrambling hopper to to do fast cap-arranging, cap-chute-disc to deliver caps, manipulators to pick, place & screw caps accurately, with stable running, economical & less space-taking;
3. Integrating bottle in, cap-unscrambling-feeding, cap-closing & bottle out in one machine, & equipped with auto cap-lifting system, it’s with highly automation, very stable & durable.

MAIN FEATURES

1.With PLC & touch screen, easier to operate & maintain.
2.With auger system to drive bottle entrancing & stars to position & drive bottles, it can auto finish cap grasping-feeding-closing, & bottle-exiting, running smoothly & stably, thus ensuring the stable bottle positioned & avoiding the liquid spilling.
3. Bottle inlet, cap screwing, bottle transporting, cap feeding, cap sorting all can be variable adjustable respectively, easy to connect the production line, with highly automation.
4. All pneumatic & electrical parts are all made from famous brands, stable & durable.
